Camel milk does not need to be introduced to this part of the world. It belongs to this land, to the animals that know it, and to households that have always understood the value of fresh milk offered generously.
We are bringing it home as it should be: cold in the fridge for coffee before the house wakes, breakfast with the children, and the glass poured for someone who has just come through the door.
We are beginning with a small first round. Put your name down and, when the milk is ready, your household will be among the first offered an allocation.

WHY THE ROUND IS SMALL
A camel gives milk on her own terms.
Freshness begins with respecting the animal.
A camel gives only a small amount of milk each day. We will not ask the herd to move at the pace of demand, nor stretch the supply simply because more people want it. So there will be no endless stock and no quiet lowering of the standard. We will bottle only what the herd can give well and offer it to a small number of households.
Once every litre has a home, the round closes.
HOW IT ARRIVES
Cold, in glass, at your door.
Your milk arrives once a week, on the same day each week, carried cold from bottling to doorstep.
It goes straight into the fridge, beside the dates, the labneh and everything else the household reaches for without thinking. Fresh milk is not something kept for someday.
It arrives, it is poured, it is shared, and the following week, it returns.

The milk

Nothing added. Never made from powder. Never frozen.

Your allocation
Choose three or six bottles a week, delivered once a week for four weeks.

The first delivery
The round will begin only when the milk, the bottling and the cold route are all ready.
The first list will hear before anyone else.

What it costs today
Nothing.
Joining the list is an expression of interest, not a purchase, reservation or commitment.

Who chooses first
The households on this list.
Your allocation will be offered to you before the round is announced anywhere else.

How large the round will be
Only as large as the herd allows, and not one bottle larger.
When every available litre has been placed, the round closes.
