SMOKE POINT

MADE FOR HEAT

Ghee has a naturally high smoke point, around 230–250°C because the water and milk solids in butter have been removed.

So it can take the heat without burning as quickly as butter does. Rich like butter. just more enduring over flame

One ingredient

Certified-organic, grass-fed cow’s milk butter.

Storage & use

Store sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.

Ghee softens in warmth and firms again when cool. This change in texture is natural and does not affect the product.

THE SOURCE

Why England’s West Country?

Exceptional ghee begins long before clarification. It begins with the milk.

Yeovil lies in Somerset, in England’s West Country, the dairy country shaped by mild weather, regular rain and deeply green pasture.

For this ghee, House of Aurea selects certified-organic, grass-fed butter made only from the spring and summer milk season, when the cows are out on their richest grazing. We do not blend it with butter from the rest of the year.

The warm golden colour belongs naturally to the milk. The rest comes from time: slowly clarified in Somerset until clear, fragrant and deeply buttery.

THE SEASON

In spring and summer, the pasture is at its most abundant and the butter takes on its naturally deep colour and fuller flavour.

Clarified slowly, it develops notes of warm butter, toasted hazelnut and soft caramel.

One ingredient. One place. One season.

TASTING NOTE

What it tastes like

Not simply a cooking fat, but an ingredient with a character of its own.

Warm butter, toasted hazelnut and a soft caramel finish.

Spring and summer butter, slowly clarified in England’s West Country.

AT THE TABLE

Cook with it, or add a final spoonful at the table.

Eggs & toast

Fry the eggs in it, then spread it over the toast afterwards.

Saffron rice

Spoon it through just before the rice comes to the table.

Fish & lamb

To crisp the skin of a fish, or baste a rack of lamb.

Coffee & milk

Blended through coffee, or warm milk with saffron, turmeric and cardamom.

THE FIRST PRODUCTION

500 jars.

Made from the 2026 spring and summer butter allocation.

Your pre-order reserves one of 500 jars from this season’s making, before the butter is slowly clarified, filled in England and brought to the Gulf.

This is why there is a wait.

When the 500 jars are spoken for, the season closes. No additional jars will be made using butter from another season.

Paid preorder · AED 220 charged today · expected delivery December 2026.
